Secure Decal

Access control for a campus in Florida that's home to many agencies, schools and programs. Staff, families, vendors and guests get in with an invitation, a QR code or their license plate, and the campus stays secure.

We designed and built it end to end: the portal where people request their decal, the invitations residents share and the control panel for administrators.

The challenge

One campus, many agencies, and a gate that has to know every car.

Each agency decides who belongs to it, but they all share the same gate. Every driver has to be verified, linked to the right agency and cleared to enter, and guests need a way in too.

Secure Decal turns that into one simple flow: the agency invites the person, they verify their identity, register their vehicle and pay for the decal online, and from then on the gate recognizes their car.

    Each agency invites its own people, so only the right ones can request a decal.

    People verify who they are online before they get access to the campus.

    Request a decal and pay for it online, from a phone or a computer.

  • Guest invitations

    Residents invite visitors with the date, time and vehicle details, and share the pass in seconds.

  • QR codes and plate recognition

    The gate opens only for a valid pass or a registered plate.

  • Admin control panel

    Users, decals, guests and account status in one place, with full visibility and control.
